TIP #13 Glaze
Rufus Teague BBQ sauces are made thick and rich. This is great for dipping, basting and cooking with, but what if you just want a nice BBQ-y sheen on your food? It’s easy to do and will still have plenty of amazing flavor.
- The recipe is simple, just add 2 parts Rufus Teague BBQ Sauce and 1 part apple juice to a saucepan and warm over low heat. For added sheen, toss in a little butter. Stir until all is warm and combined. That’s it. Now you’re ready to brush, dip or pour over anything your heart desires.
