Rosemary & Rufus Ribeye

Simple and delicious. You may never have steak any other way.

Ingredients

  • 1 ribeye steak, bone in
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Rufus Teague Steak Sauce
  • Rufus Teague Meat Rub

Instructions

  1. Make sure your steak has come to room temperature before cooking it.
  2. Heat a cast iron skillet to medium/high heat.
  3. Season both sides lightly with Rufus Teague Meat Rub. Add butter, olive oil, and rosemary to the skillet. Cook that down completely and then, add rib eye. Cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for five more minutes.
  4. When the steak is at your desired temperature, take it off and let rest on a cutting board, about 5-10 minutes. Slice the steak and drizzle some Rufus Steak Sauce over it. Serve right away.
