It didn't happen over night, but Rufus Teague's sauce has sure come a long way. From the ol' pot he used to stir it in, to winning competitions all over the place it has still stayed pretty much the same. If he was still around there's no doubt he'd be tellin' everybody within earshot of how he knew he had something with this recipe from day one. And remember,

BBQ Hawaiian Pizza

serves about 4


 ½ pineapple, diced ½ in thick
 1 pre-cooked pizza
 ½ cup thick cut ham, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese
2/3 cup Rufus Teague Blazin' Hot BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Take your pre-cooked pizza crust and slather on your BBQ sauce.

Top with cheese, diced ham, and pineapple.
Place in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Top with cilantro and more Parmesan cheese.
